The Apartment

This is a studio apartment on the south east corner of the 14th (top) floor of a high quality yet affordable apartment block built in 2020, just off the Devil's Tower Road. It is compact but has everything that you could need for an enjoyable stay.

The king sized bed pulls down over the sofa and is ready in seconds. The kitchen has an electric hob and lots of soft-close cupboard spaces and worktop area. There is a clever microwave / oven combo, large fridge freezer, and a dishwasher. The shower room has a good sized modern luxury shower with eco setting and constant hot water from the electric heater tank. There is a Sony TV with access to hundreds of channels including all the UK ones, with a DVD/VHS player attached. For a small apartment there is plenty of storage space too, including extra wall cupboards added by the owner. The terrace has a table and chairs and a stunning view of the famous Rock, as well as sea views on both sides.

The Hub offers an air conditioned fitness studio and gym, which is available exclusively to residents, and also a large air conditioned communal recreation area equipped with comfortable seating, a pool table, small library, large screen television, and WiFi. There is a well equipped laundry room with a range of large washing machines and dryers.
